Project Overview
CAD21 are currently delivering the MEP detailed design for the new flagship Quarry Hill Campus for Leeds City College (now Luminate Education Group). Situated in a prime city centre location, this new development is a focal point for the college.
The 11-storey building will house a specialist childcare training centre and a suite of science, computing and digital technology labs with state-of-the-art equipment. There is also a brand-new performance centre, alongside art, dance, film and recording studios which will be used by Leeds College of Music
The building using a combination of high efficiency engineering solutions, such as air sourced heat pumps, LED lighting and roof mounted Solar photovoltaic panels.
