CAD21 delivered the concept and the detailed design for 2No Primary schools for Kier Construction under the EFSA PSP programme. Fairburn View Primary School was a 200-pupil key stage 1 to 3 primary school and Mount Pleasant Primary School was also a 200 pupil key stage 1 to 3 school.

Both schools had significant complexities associated with the live site environment which meant that there decant and isolate strategies were essential to the success of the project.

Both schools were designed in accordance with the FOS design guidance documents, and were both Breathing Building solutions for the classroom environmental control.
