Information Technology
Cad 21 are committed to providing an efficient design process with high quality presentation.
The following are examples of the technology in place to achieve this service:-
CAD 21 utilise the latest 2D and 3D Autocad software to produce high quality drawings. Thermal modelling and engineering calculations are carried out using IES and Hevacomp design software.
The practice has a hardware network linked to the Internet via ADSL and via a Service Provider utilises e-mail for digital transfer of drawings and Word documents.
Communications
It is the policy of Cad 21 that all staff are easily accessible to our clients.
Regular contact is encouraged to ensure that the design intent provides clients with their specific requirements and to assist they are kept fully informed as the designs develop.
All Cad 21 staff can be contacted via telephone, mobile, fax or e-mail.
Quality Assurance
The practice operates a quality system, which from receipt of enquiries through to completion and defects inspections ensures records, checking and document storage is carried out in an organised and professional manner.
Health and Safety
The company carries Employers Liability Insurance and ensures that staff are fully briefed and provided with the necessary equipment and safety clothing to carry out their work both in and out of the office in a safe and professional manner.
